The Original Soil Scoop Comfort Grip Handle

I have used mine for close to 20 years gardening in 4 different states. Worth the cost many times over. I used so many places on my property that I ended up spray-painting the wood handle orange to not lose it. The new orange/red handle fixes that minor issue.

This is a great scoop for gardening. It carries more soil (or sand or rock) than the typical garden tool. I appreciate that the product is made here in the US.

With this wonderful little tool you can scrape, dig, and scoop. You can even cut light roots. I can't believe they still sell other gardening hand tools -- they should stop and just sell these.

This garden tool does so many things. It has replaced four of my hand tools (trowels, serrated root cutter, scoops). Nice grip too.

This trowel is undoubtedly the best tool of its type I have ever used! Imagine you have a steel fingered hand with super strong fingers. That is exactly what it feels like to use this tool It is so natural to use, that I wonder why it took so long to build it. It feel like an extension of your hand except it gets into areas you hand could not reach. We have owned numerous versions of this tool and when we lost one recently, we immediately ordered another so we always have two on hand.

It is very well made. There are similar scoops for sale that are made in China, but I chose to spend the extra money on this USA made scoop. Everyone deserves to eat but I prefer to feed Americas families first if possible.

Great for green house and garden work! Feels great in your hand and is a real workhorse.

Thus might be an excellent product for certain people in particular type of soil but not for me. I thought it clumsy and does not dig well in soil that is well composted.

My husband broke the wooden handle on mine; I needed a replacement. The scoop feature is perfect for gathering the root ball when transplanting. Also works for weeding and mixing. I can't garden without it!

I've had a soil scoop for a long time but my dog chewed the wooden handle and this upgrade is great. The new Handle is plastic but the other change is the digger bowl is shaped a bit differently so it scoops better through bagged soil when filling pots. This replacement is a welcome relief for planting pots and seeds in well tilled soil. It should be on every potting bench.

Good quality. Well made, especially where scoop attaches to handle. I have used this type of gardening tool for years. Love the serrated side edges for digging.

Great digging tool. This is my 2nd one because I wore the first one out. Very heavy duty.

This is a wonderful garden tool. It makes any hand digging easier. Digs soil easily but also saws through those irritating little roots when you are trying to make an open hole to place a plant. I like it so much that I plan to give one to each of my gardening friends for Christmas. They always comment and admire mine........ .....I bought a red handle one so I can easily spot it among vegetation around me. (I am guilty of putting down a tool then wondering where it is) The soft coated handle is another plus.

I love this garden tool so much I have bought each of my kids one for their gardens. Dig and scoop all in one motion and the serrated edges are great in our clay soil.

The comfort grant handle fits perfectly. The serrated edge is on both sides of the soil scoop make it easy for left or right-handed people to use the tool. The serrated edge cuts through hard dirt and roots easily. The pointy tip allows me to scrape weeds from between my sidewalk and the street very easily without bending down to pull them all up. The soil scoop really makes gardening a lot easier.

Perfectly designed scoop that allows for multiple uses. Don't see why this design has not become standard over the traditional scoops.

Most comfortable and efficient I have ever used. Holds enough, cuts through dry dirt well, small and ergonomic for small hands. Never had one break.

I was looking for a good tool for planting my flowers. This fits the bill. the large scoop helped me get potting soil out of the bag with minimal spills and helped me dig deep holes so my plants got plenty of room to grow.

I purchased two. One for a friend and one for my husband. Both guys are anxious to try them out this spring!! Like the look of well constructed garden tool. .

Purchased as a gift, my wife and I both have scoops with the wooden handle, the soft ergo handle is a nice option felt great in the hand!

This the 2nd one we have bought since the spouse kept "borrowing" mine. Now each have our own. we are both happy.

I purchased this soil scoop to help me dig holes when planting and it works great. The soil scoop makes it easier to dig in clay soil especially since I have weak wrists. I also used it when planting my veggie garden, the narrow tip works great for planting seeds.
