Sized in Large, these blue gardening gloves feature textured palm coatings that provide extra grip and hand protection when pulling weeds, handling tools, or turning soil. The flexible, breathable fabric back keeps hands cool and comfortable during extended yard work while shielding skin against dirt and minor scrapes. They fit snugly around the wrist to keep soil out, though they are not fully waterproof on the fabric backing.
Every summer, without fail, my gardens get swallowed up by thorny thistle. If you've ever pulled thistle bare‑handed, you know it's basically a battle-you're getting stung nonstop, and gloves aren't optional, they're survival gear. These Weeders Gardening Gloves have been a huge help. They fit well, feel comfortable, and don't make my hands sweaty or stiff while I'm working. The rubberized underside is the real hero here-it gives that extra layer of protection so I'm not constantly getting jabbed by thorns. I can grab, pull, and toss without wincing every few seconds. A solid pair of gardening gloves that actually makes weeding thorny thistle a little less painful all summer long. they provide this at just under $11 which is a great value!
These gardening gloves are great quality and have quickly become my go-to pair for working outside. They're lightweight, comfortable, and provide a good grip while pulling weeds, planting, and tackling other yard work. One thing to note is that they do run a little small. I originally ordered the **large** for my husband, but they fit me perfectly instead, so I happily claimed them for myself! If you're ordering for someone with larger hands, you may want to consider sizing up if possible. Other than the sizing, I have no complaints. The material feels durable while still allowing plenty of flexibility, so it's easy to work with small plants and gardening tools without feeling bulky. Overall, these are well-made, comfortable gardening gloves that are perfect for everyday yard work. Just keep the sizing in mind when ordering, and I think you'll be very happy with them!
This gardening gloves is comfortable to wear but runs small. I usually wear size small and this one just feel a bit loose. It does feel warm during the hot summer but durable enough to pull weed and grass off my garden. It's lightweight and decent quality. I would suggest you go put it under shade when not in use. The sun will kinda of melt the rubber on it. It work as it should and go for gardening need. Btw it's not waterproof
I really like these. They are incredibly comfortable to wear. The actual rubberized portion is only on the palms and undersides of the fingers, while the upper is made of a soft, very breathable material. This makes them really comfortable to wear on super hot days as they do not trap body heat and make your hands super sweaty. They are also waterproof and protective on the undersides, making digging and working in the garden super easy. I normally wear a women's size large in gloves and these are spot on in size. They are slightly elastic and stretchy, so they are very forgiving in terms of sizing. They are also really nice looking: I really like the combination of soft neutral grey and bright sky blue.
I picked these up for general gardening use and have been happy with them. The foam nitrile coating is the standout feature for me - unlike fabric-only gloves, these don't become useless the moment they get wet, which is a real practical advantage when you're working in damp soil or handling a hose. The nylon liner is comfortable enough for extended wear and the reinforced fingertips add some confidence when digging around in tougher conditions. For the price point, the build quality is solid and I have no complaints. A straightforward, dependable gardening glove.
These Garden Works Weeders gloves are the kind you put on and immediately think, "Yep, these were made by someone who actually gardens." The fit in Large is spot‑on - snug enough for control, roomy enough that your fingers don't feel like they're in compression socks. The yellow color is bright enough to spot anywhere, which is handy when you set them down and instantly forget where. The grip is excellent. Pulling weeds, handling tools, grabbing stubborn roots - everything feels secure without that stiff, rubbery feeling some gloves have. The material breathes well, so your hands don't turn into little greenhouses after ten minutes in the sun. Durability is solid. They shrug off thorns, rough soil, and the occasional "I probably shouldn't grab this with bare hands" moment. After a few sessions, they still look ready for more. If you want comfortable, tough, reliable gloves that make weeding feel less like punishment and more like productive yard therapy, these are an easy five stars.
Living in Florida means dealing with weeds year-round. Between the daily afternoon storms, scattered seeds, and plenty of sunshine, it feels like new weeds appear every weekend. As a result, I spend a lot of time working in the yard and have gone through my fair share of gardening gloves. I'm typically a true large, and these fit exactly as expected. The fit is comfortable without being too loose, which is important when you're pulling weeds and working around plants. What stands out most is the grip. Good grip makes a huge difference when you're trying to pull stubborn weeds or handle wet yard debris. These gloves provide enough traction that I don't feel like I'm fighting the gloves while working. The bright yellow color does show dirt quickly, and mine developed stains after the first use. Even after rinsing and scrubbing them under running water, some of those stains remained. That said, it doesn't affect performance at all. Honestly, I don't mind the worn look. If anything, the stains are proof that they're being used for what they were designed to do. For anyone who spends a lot of time gardening, these are comfortable, grippy, and well-suited for regular yard work.
I go through my garden gloves all the time. When I received these gloves, I was skeptical that they would hold up to roughness because the are very thin and lightweight. After using these gloves in the sink hole where there was an abundance amount of bamboo sprouts, there wasn't any damage done to the gloves. Bamboo roots go over a foot in the ground. I like the material on the fingers which allows for a tight non-slip grip.
I am always looking for a good pair of gloves to work in my garden as I am so tough on them, they usually don't last a season! These gloves are great, true to size, lightweight, and did exactly what they are intended to do! I have a lot of thistle in my yard, and although these gloves won't protect from the full grown thistle, they did fine protecting my hands on the smaller, green baby ones, that will still hurt if penetrated. I was happy that I did not have to switch out to my heavier gloves as it was really warm. The nylon liner helps keep them breathable and light, while the nitrile coating on the palm and fingers protects from thistle, etc. and getting hands wet and grimy. Definitely recommend for working in the garden!
These gardening gloves are a good choice for summer gardening provided it's dry. The yellow fabric is stretchy, lightweight, and airy, but will absorb water and moisture. If working with thorny plants these aren't a replacement for leather gloves. I typically wear a large sized glove and these fit as expected. These do seem to be a few dollars more expensive compared to other nearly identical options. They're still a functional pair of gloves and work as intended.
This is a decent pair of lightweight garden gloves! The material is breathable and stretchy. The material on the palm and fingers is grippy and protective. The sizing seems a bit off. The size large is too big for my wife, but too snug for my larger hands. If the fingers were just a little longer, they might be just right. Overall, this is a fine pair of gloves for light gardening and pulling weeds.
I don't know why, but these have been hard to find, lately, at my Local Stores. So Amazon to the Rescue!! Found them right away, and when they arrived...the perfect fit for Ladies!!! These are VERY EASY to use, they protect your fingers and palms totally from scratches and cuts, etc, while you are doing your gardening, Indoors or Outdoors. And do offer some ventilation with movement, so your hands are not very likely to even sweat. Mine don't. I Love the blue color, too. Most of them are ALWAYS GREEN, so I like the variety of having a nice, pretty, sky blue! Happy Gardening!
I wore these garden gloves while doing yard work for an entire day. I have very sweaty hands, but these gloves kept my hands cool, dry, and clean. They are of excellent quality and rinse off in the sink easily after use. I also appreciate that they are machine washable. The gloves are true to size and very comfortable. Additionally, they provided a great grip, making it easy to work with them.
The gardening Work Weeders Gardening gloves are a perfect fit. They have a soft nylon lining, and the rubber-ish outward section on the palm helps to keep your hands dry while gardening. They are gray on the palm and fingers and blue colored on the top of the hands. They have a very normal appearance of gardening gloves. They are very easy to us; pulling them on is very easy as well. The one thing I can't stand is dirt under my fingernails and these are a perfect match for me.
Now that spring has finally sprung in southern Colorado, the weeds have wasted no time making their presence known in my garden. I ordered these weeder gardening gloves from the Garden Works Store to help me wage war on the bindweed, nettles, and anything else that doesn't belong out there. I ordered the large size, which runs a little big on my hands and a little snug on my husband's -- but since that appears to be the size that works best for both of us, we're making it work. I took these out for their first real test this morning and was really pleased. They were strong enough to keep the light thorns from the nettles from poking through, and they did a great job protecting my hands from mulch splinters as well. The palms and fingers are nicely grippy, which made grabbing and pulling weeds much easier. The back of the glove is lightweight, airy, and stretchy at the wrist, making them comfortable to wear without overheating -- a big plus for garden work on a warm spring day. I haven't washed them yet so I can't speak to how they hold up through laundering. I also wouldn't put these on my husband for heavier work like dealing with trees and branches -- they feel better suited to light duty tasks. But for weeding they are excellent, and for the price they are a really good value.
This are good gloves that I enjoy wearing for yard work. They fit will and seem well constructed. They are not amazing - so that gets them 4 stars. ~$11 for a pair? Get outta here... that loses you a star. One can pick up 3-6 pairs of equivalent quality right here on Amazon with little effort.
The gloves fit true to size. They look exactly the same in person as they do online. The gloves are good quality and well constructed. I wore them for a little light bulb planting and found the grip good. They were comfortable. I like the gloves, the fabric, construction, and the value for the money.
Love these garden gloves! They are a size medium and fit my hand nicely. They are stretch, which I like because they feel secure and my hand did not sweat in them. I like the thicker material on the palm and fingers of my hand when weeding or picking up sticks. Definitely recommend!
These gloves came into my Amazon vine feed so I decided to order them. Note: I have been invited by Amazon to take part in the Amazon Vine program & I take that very seriously. I order products I am interested in, try them out and give my honest review on that product. I am not paid in any way by Amazon or the sellers for my reviews. Since I am an Amazon customer as well, I provide as much detail as possible for other customers in order to help make an informed decision on the products. I do not recommend products I myself wouldn't use. It's that time of year so gardening will soon begin. My hands are going to be in dirt soon enough. If they're not in the raised beds preparing the soil for my vegetables, they will be in the flower beds or my house plants. These gloves are not heavy duty. They're good to use for repotting your plants but I don't recommend using them for heavier duty tasks. They have a wax coating on them, which helps keep them waterproof, but they are on the thin side, and therefore seem as if they will rip easy. The wax coating is only on the palm and the tips of the fingers though so be aware of that. They seem to fit pretty well and they are comfortable to wear. These will not be my main gloves, but I will use them for light duty and therefore I'm pleased with them.
I've been using these for about a month now, mostly for general weeding and light garden work. The gloves have a solid grip thanks to the textured palms, and they've held up well without any tears or fraying at the seams. The blue color is bright enough that I can easily spot them if I set them down in the yard. They're comfortable enough for an hour or two of work without my hands getting too sweaty. My main complaint is that they run smaller than expected. I ordered a medium based on my usual glove size and they're definitely snug. If you're between sizes, go up. Also, the wrist closure could be a bit tighter-it slides down a little when I'm digging around in wet soil. These are still solid work gloves for the price, just keep the fit issue in mind when ordering.
These weeding/gardening gloves are one of my favorites. I usually purchase a bundle of lower quality gloves because they are sometimes one-and-done. I have been using these new gloves for several projects like pulling weeds, picking up leaves, planting bulbs, and even to open a stuck jar. They remain in great condition. I like that the rubbery material reaches further than others. I got my normal Medium size and they fit well. They are a little noisy inside! You'll see they are not skin tight, so I need to use tools to get small weeds. They are not hard to get on and off, and they keep their shape. I don't feel too sweaty either. I feel they are a fair price point for how well they've done for me. I do recommend these Weeders/Garden Works gloves!
These gloves look nice, but don't expect them to be very durable. If you're just repotting plants these would be okay, but they won't hold up to serious weeding or other tasks. I'm not sure what they're coated with, but it's very thin and doesn't have any stretch to it, as compared to other gloves that use a rubbery coating. The coating also doesn't offer much in the way of grip. The size seemed accurate. You could do better for the price.
These medium size gloves fit my hands perfectly and the stretchy material makes them feel like a second skin. Fit and flexibility I am about 5'2" and 133 pounds and I find that the medium size is just right for me. The material has a lovely stretch to it which makes the sizing feel very forgiving and flexible. They are wonderful for tasks like weeding or cutting back plants because they do not feel bulky at all. Unlike thick leather gloves that can make it hard to feel what you are doing, these allow for plenty of dexterity when you are sorting through your flower beds. Performance and protection I really like how much grip these provide when I am holding onto my trimmers or other garden tools. They are a total win for most non-thorn gardening tasks. However, I should probably give you a little heads up to be careful around your rose bushes. These offer very little protection against thorns, so you might want to save them for your less prickly plants. Value and care One of my favorite things is how easily these type of gloves wash up compared to purely cloth gloves. The plastic coating is so simple to rinse off after they get some dirty and grime on them. To be completely honest, these feel very similar to other pairs I have owned, though the tops feel a bit more substantial than some of the thinner versions out there. The $11 price is a bit higher than the $4 to $6 range I usually see for these. Since I go through a lot of gloves, I might stick to cheaper ones, but these are a very solid choice. The quality and gloves are 5 star. Hopefully the price will come down.
Very nice durable gardening gloves. These gloves are lightweight, but have a coating on the fingers and palms to protect your hands. The medium size fit my hands well. They are great for my gardening needs.
I love these gardening gloves! I go through them as I've been trying my hand at gardening more often. They are thick, but still bendable. They look exactly as photographed, and they fit my hands well (I ordered a size medium). They're good quality and will hold up over time
